These 'martingale style' collars are convenient for walking or training dogs that slip their collars easily or pull on the lead.  The Hot Dog Training Collar tightens firmly, yet gently helps to control your dog.  

Choose the size which is firm around your dog's neck when pulled tight. The collar will appear loose when put on your dog's neck, but when attached to a leash, the collar will tighten gently.
