Return and Exchange Policy

LOVEHOUND DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS ONCE A PURCHASE HAS BEEN PROCESSED.

Our shopping area has been carefully designed to provide you with as much information as possible on all our products to help you make the right selection. Please use this information and select carefully! If you need more product information, you can contact us.

Lovehound customers are responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the good should there be any fault. Lovehound will provide a return and exchange ONLY IF the products received are FAULTY or SIGNIFICANTLY different to those shown and described on the website.

If this is the case, Lovehound will pay for all costs in providing the exchange. Returned product/s must be sent back to us in original condition with protective packaging.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE A RETURN AND EXCHANGE BECAUSE OF A CHANGE OF MIND. PLEASE SELECT CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.

Warranties

Other products are sold on this website which are NOT Lovehound brands. The warranties offered on these other products are subject to the original manufacturers' warranties and are not the direct responsibility of Lovehound.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery address cannot be a post office box.

The delivery times provided by Lovehound are estimates only. Lovehound will not be held accountable for late reception of deliveries or loss or damage relating to late reception of deliveries.

In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Lovehound cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

International Shipping

YES, WE SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES.

Please contact us directly to get a shipping quote if you would like to order an item from an international location. International shipping costs are based on weight, size and volume of packaging.

International customers do not pay 10% Australian tax on orders. This percentage will be deducted on your final invoice.

It is the responsibility of the customer to contact local customs authority to see if the products are allowed into the country or if duties are applicable. These are out of our control and Lovehound will not provide a return and exchange if an international shipping comes back to us.

Delivery address cannot be a post office box.

Order cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.

If notified before goods have been dispatched, Lovehound can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Lovehound reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total.

All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate. GST is not charged to customers who are not within Australia.

Lovehound is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website.
